Organic teacher leadership develops through relational trust, peer recognition, and enabling administrative conditions, rather than formal designation alone. It recommends that school leaders prioritize relational trust, create flexible structures that allow leadership to emerge, and intentionally support teacher agency through everyday practices. The findings suggest that teacher leadership is sustained when it is recognized by colleagues, supported by administration, and embedded within the relational fabric of the school.
